Scival is a powerful tool for analyzing research performance for different purposes like decision making or strategic planning. Scival is updated weekly. Scival's four modules - Overview, Benchmarking, Collaboration and Trends - enable analysis for different kind of purposes and from different kind of point of views.
Scival offers:
15 different metrics including field normalized metrics
analysis using 27 main categories and/or 334 subcategories for journals in Scopus
analysis of different levels like researcher, research group, research institute or country (= entities)
analysis of different publication types (articles, reviews, conference papers, editorials, short surveys, books)
It is also possible to create own research groups or fields of research. Scival enables to save pictures, graphs and maps in pdf-, excel- or picture (e.g. jpg) format. In My Scival entities can be shared inside organization with other Scival users.
