First, select "Settings" (the wrench icon) from the top menu.
Change "results per page" to the maximum (100) and click "Save."
Select the results page by page into the folder.
Go to the folder by clicking the folder icon, and select the RIS file download icon from the left side.
The file will initially be downloaded to your device in a wrong file format (File).
Rename the file by right-clicking and using the "Rename" function to add the .ris extension, e.g., "RIS export from Mednar.ris."
