Covidence Guide: Sign Up / Sign In

Creating an Oulu University / Oamk Covidence account

Oulu University students and staff have access to Covidence. Use Oulu University e-mail address to create an account. 

1. Go to  Oulu University & OAMK's Covidence Sign-Up page 
2. Fill in your name and Oulu University / Oamk e-mail address (oulu.fi or oamk.fi).
3. Click "Request Invitation"
4. You will receive an email inviting you to Covidence
5. Sign up to your account:

• "Sign up for a new account"  if you don't have a previous Covidence account with Oulu University / Oamk e-mail address
• If you already have an Covidence account with Oulu University / Oamk e-mail address, "Sign In". If you have a previous Covidence account with another e-mail address, you cannot link it to Oulu University / Oamk Covidence license.
