The research question or questions you formulate are not directly suitable to be used as search terms. However, you should be able to identify key concepts from the questions. These key concepts should be considered as separate topics or groups of concepts.
As a rule, a search string should include no more than four key concepts. Typically a search string includes 2-3 key concepts.
