• Natural Language Search (NLS) mode allows users to query using everyday language.
• NLS does not use user data for training. The data provided to the AI is based on the user's natural language query at the time of the search. No user information is stored during this process. The AI processes the query to enhance search results without retaining any personal data.
• NLS works best with queries phrased as natural language questions, for example, “What are the effects of climate change on agriculture?”

• AI Insights summaries, presenting 2-5 key points for each document are generated of full-text articles by prompting a Large Language Model
• AI Insights will display when appropriate full text is available. 
• Click here to view a list of Generative AI Insights enabled EBSCOhost full-text databases.
• AI Insights are available in the language of the interface, regardless of the full-text language. Example: If the full-text article is in Chinese and the user selected French as the interface language, the AI Insight will be auto-translated into French. We ask researchers to verify the correctness of the AI-generated and translated text.
